I have recently begun to develop my passion for coffee again. The last time when during my
Secondary 4 year, when I have to drink large amount of coffee for the sake of caffeine so as to keep me awake for studying. But at that time, it was more for ‘quantity’ than ‘quality’. But now, even though the use of caffeine is still for the same reason of studying, I learn to appreciate coffee as well. I enjoy studying with the company of a cup of coffee, especially from Starbucks. I believe that coffee should be the bitter the better; I guessed this is why I enjoyed the regular brewed coffee at Starbucks so much. The comfy environment at Starbucks is suitable for studying, shepherding and for catching up with old friends. Perhaps this is another ‘cheap’ way to enjoy life, rather than going for luxury spas, holidays etc. Being a youth at age 17, without the ability of providing for ourselves, I guessed this is the best way for me to enjoy my life now.
I went to study at Starbucks after service and study for around two hours plus. I tried the ice brewed tea, green tea (tea for the day), and I find it quite nice actually. The tea is rather bitter, which I like it a lot. Even though they suggested me to add some milk to it, but I guessed original taste is always better! I guessed this is all for now, I want to spend some watching the little nonya series from YouTube. So nice.
