I have not been a faithful blogger ever since the holidays started. Perhaps I just want to keep my movements in mystery, so that there would be an element of surprise.

I have been squeezed all the brain juice and straining all my brain cells to think of an answer to a question. What on Earth could be so tough to handle? True enough, this question is tough enough to kill all my brain cells in my brain. I am going to be brainless soon! As soon as I logged into MSN, I was engaged in a conversation with Calista. I should not reveal what exactly both of us were talking about, but I could reveal the question that she asked me, “Why are you staying at Y-HOPE?”

I was stunned initially because never in my life I thought about this question before. Why am I serving in Y-HOPE? Just because my sister is in this church? Or because I have nothing better to do but to serve there? I really do not know the answer to it, could someone please tell me? Am I staying in Y-HOPE because of the people, or because of God? I tried to ask myself over and over again, but I failed to obtain the answer. This question is really nerve cracking!

It has been a wonderful Christmas, as compared to the previous years. This year’s Christmas was really different from what I would usually do in the past, because I have spent my time with the people from Y-HOPE instead. I guessed this has been the best Christmas so far ever.
The Christmas service at the Rock was great. There was good lighting, sound system, good performances and everything. I really enjoyed myself with two of my visitors, Daryl and Ruwan. In fact, I found the service was a little too short; the two hours seem to pass very quickly.

After the service, our unit YJCEA went to Chia ling’s place for our Christmas party. Our party was hosted by two fantastic hosts, both Puiwah and Rui xian. I really enjoyed the programme and the food as well. A big thank for all the contributions. I guessed I enjoyed caroling the most among all the activities. This was the first time I went caroling, but once I tried it, I fell into love with it. Caroling is indeed a good way to share the spirit and the joy of Christmas to others! We happily went around the terrace housing areas to caroling, singing to many unfamiliar faces. Even though I began to lose my voice, I still enjoyed it a lot. 12am was about to come by, and we were ready to countdown to this great day, the day when Christ Jesus was born some many years ago. We popped some sparkling juices, feasting on some delicious food …

After all this, some of us went to Jacob’s place to overnight. It was already in the middle of the night, so we have no choice but to cab there. Walking along the terraces area was quite creepy. With the sound made by the crickets and the frogs, it totally makes me having goose bumps all over. Fortunately, I was the first few we took the first cab and head over to Kakit Bukit. The so called Jacob’s place was actually on the second floor of a factory. It looks ordinary on the outside, but it was wonderfully nice in the interior. The room has three units of air conditioning, a plasma television, a DVD player, a pool table, a mahjong table… The place was simply too good to be true. I spent my Christmas playing mahjong, pool and also crapping with the people from the unit. Other than us, the NE people were there as well.

I cannot imagine that all the people from our unit were down before dawn. I was only the sole survivor after all…

Before Christmas day ended, I was at Vincent’s house eating steamboat. I have not eaten steamboat for quite some time already. So, it was really quite heart-warming to have steamboat to end my Christmas day. Really thank God for Vincent’s mother who fetches us home in the middle of the night. Thank God for her.

came back quite late today because i finally went to watch my favourite, Twilight !!!
I know is kind of late, but at least I did watch okay . . .

had BBQ for MCG yesterday at wei en's house there
interesting i will say but i was kind of exhausted because I had a busy day
in the morning we had maths tution which lasted for don't know how long( longer than 2h), then i went to study on my own in the tamp. library
I realise that it is a good place to study because it is kind of quiet, at least there is lesser distractions there. This means that I can concentrate on my owrk fully.
After that went shop for Siqi's christmas gift
I search up and down, shop to shop till i found one tees with a panda ( well, her nickname in Cg is called GongFu Panda)
went home to do some work than went for BBQ
and what i enjopyed most was . . . da da da . . . bbq-ing Siqin's healthy Crispy Crispy Harshbrown !!!
it is a healthier choice because there is little margarine on it and is BBQ until it is golden brown

went shopping with Mummy today and bought my New Year clothing
had a busy day trying many dresses and stuff . . .
then went to buy Daddy's christmas gift with Mummy at TM then head down to woodland to catch the movie Twilight with Benson
the movie was great and Edward is so handsome . . . OMG . . . but don't worry, I won't fall for him
I prefer someone else =D
went home quite late because i missed te last bus to home so I ended up walking back
well, i can take that as a form of exercise right

tomorrow will be another busy day because i will be out the whole day, just like these few days

I did a lot of reflections today, for my own sake of course. I realized that I was too full of myself, being so insensitive, being so sarcastic and too self-centre. I know that my speech and actions could be very hurtful sometimes. So, I want to make good use of this opportunity to apologies to those people who I have hurt them. So sorry!

It is so true that humans only learned to appreciate and cherish during the moment when they are just about to lose something. I am just a human as well, I am one of them. I never seem to appreciate what I have in the past, I took everything for granted. But at least moment when I am going to lose them all, I am finally enlightened. Perhaps it is never too late to change.
I have started reading the book of Matthew again, even though I read it a few times already. I am totally inspired once again by the very same book, I gained new insights every time I read them. This is so amazing!

I was just asking God for a moment that what I should be fasting on, so that I can grow more dependent on Him. Guess what? God wanted me to fast from lunch! I was so shocked at the moment when I heard this, and believe it or not, my jaws dropped open. I was like “Oh my God! Are you kidding me?” I am like totally obsess with food, and I simply cannot believe God wants me to ‘skip’ a meal. I guessed it is going to be tough for me. Just nice, I just got a pocket bible which I could bring it along with me everywhere.

I guessed I should stop posting and continue with my studying.
