no doubt, today is an enjoyable day for me in TPJC! we have our very own TPJC track and field meet, also known as sports day, was held at the stadium. our very own houses; seagull, heron, eagle, falcon, hawk and last but not least the phoenix. i was in the phoenix house, which is represented by the colour blue. phoenix used to be the champion house, but for this year, we were not. instead, we were the second last in the ranking. whatever it is, it really do not make a huge difference.i am proud to announce that our class, 08S07, with the help of some classmates form the other classes, achieved a gold for our novelty event. the novelty event is not really a track event, but more like a game kind. it was fun and entertaining. it requires the participation of 20 people to form a team, undergoing all different kind of activities. honestly, i feel that the class has been united and working together well. our class have practiced the novelty event during our P.E lessons, taking every practice seriously. and today, we broke our very own record of around 57sec to complete the whole event. we used to take around 1 min to do so, but the result today was much unexpected. during the event, i can see that our class is in lead by one station, aa huge gap between we and the rest. all the hardwork really worth it, we achieved the gold medals, our very first class achievement. and, my very own first achievement in TPJC. so, i hope that 08S07 will continued to shine, making our lives in TPJC very unique!

today suppose to be a very happy day for me, but it turns out not what i have expected. two post for one day, should be something i really want to share about. unfortunately, what i am sharing now is not something that i find it good. Damn it! i lost my wallet today, really unbelievable. i have never lost such a thing since the past to now, but today, it turns out to be something important. i have lost my wallet on my way to tuition, i must have dropped it when i got off from my father's car. my poor wallet, it is gone! this wallet was my last year christmas present from my parents, now i really feel bad about it. really bad! i am now in a foul mood, so better stay away from me. the wallet was from 'yellow', which cost nearly $30. i went to the police station in the evening to report the lost items which includes my ez-link card and some cash. fortunately, there was only $10 inside, so not that bad. but without my ez-link card, how am i going to travel around. Oh my godness! this must be really a joke for me! i just hope that someone can pick up my wallet and return to it to the police. i really do not mind about the money, but i just want my ez-link and my wallet back, it really mean a lot to me. Till now, i always return the lost wallets i found to the police station, so i hope others can do it as well. i really feel very bad about my carelessness. i hope this will be the first and the last time for me. Hope my wallet can be found soon... ...

yipee... ...finally i got a backpack. i have been using my 'urban' sling bag since the begining of the school term, it has been about a few months. not being wasteful, but using a sling bag do has certain disadvantages. even though college uses notes rather than textbook, but papers really do get heavy. can you imagine if u bring tons of paper to college? just kidding! i really got to mention that the graphic calculator (GC) is really heavy. it is loaded with lots of programme and indeed worh $145+. one GC can put on weight to my bag. if i were to carry all the load by one shoulder, i bet i will never grow taller! the weight of the load and with the force of gravity, i am not growing taller in this way. no way! i can see for myself that i am kind of short, not the shortest in college but, the feeling is still weird. i bet that everyone will know who is the shortest in college. 407, anyone? no offence, i am not trying to be mean to anyone. yesterday, me and qin went to shop at tampines mall to get ourselves new bags. i bought my 'high sierra' backpack from a shop selling the mountain-climbing equipment, i think it is at the highest level at TM. qin bought herself a 'billabong' bag from 'isetan'. quite nice and unique, really suits her. i was suppose to buy a new pair of canvas school, but i did not spot any pair which suits me. i actually wants to buy a pair of white canvas 'North Star' shoes, but the shop assistance told me that i have to wait for around 2 weeks for my size to arrive. so sad! by the way, i saw someone familiar at TM. who is it? it is wendy! initiately, i really cannot tell it is her. but having a close look, i recognised her. maybe because her dressing is very different, that is why i cannot recognise her at the start.

phew...this week of schooling has finally ended. what a long week in college! things in school is really much better now, one more less to worry about. i think wendy can understand that. today, there is this seminar host by a music school, " Focus music", started by Roy Loi ( li fei hui). at first, i thought that it would be a boring seminar, but everything turns out beyond what i could have expected. the seminar was started by one of the contestant in the project superstar, jeremy kwan. he sang the first few lines of the TPJC college song, which really amazed us. why did he did so? he was actually the ex-student of the college. it is really unbelievable right? he even came in first for the song-fest held 8 years ago, really impressive! Roy Loi turns out to be a humourous and hilarious person, he is different from what we see in the television programmes. the talk was really useful, speaking about composing songs, making a tune out of it etc. it was followed by performance by his students. this include some unknown singers who we really do not know who the hell they were. anyway, they perform pretty well. it was then followed by several songs by jeremy kwan and another guy whom i only know his chinese name, xie zi wei. something like that, i guess. time really passed that fast, the seminar seems to have ended. maybe that is because i was too engrossed in it? i have never been so relaxed since the school terms begined. lots of work are coming in, including exams and project work. by the way, i just went to create a friendster account, i guess i just hope that i could still be in contact with some of the ex-classmates. JC is indeed a level which is really challenging, managing the time well. it is just like in secondary 3 where i begin to prepare for my final year examination. maybe this i swhat life is all about, bitter and sweet. do remember to add me if you go on friendster. just type my name and click...

it has been an interesting week this week. lots of things have been happening around me, mostly good ones. i could barely remember that several blackouts occurred on last friday in TPJC. the first time was during the time when i was having my break. in fact, it does not really affected me. i was already finishing my meals by the time. it is just that my mouth was going to be swollen as i have to quene for a long time to buy a drink. i was seriously in need for a drink to neutralised the spicy taste from my food. after eating, me and my classmates( too many to be mention) went for our biology lecture at LT1. at that time, the blackout was yet recovered. the LT was in pitch black, i could barely make my way to my seat. our class decide to venture to the dark room, filled with people trying to take photos with their friends. i think this is what we do not see everyday. from then, i discovered that someone was afraid of the dark. Shh.....cannot be revealed. everything went fine later, but something was about to happened. the second blackout came very soon when everything went pitch black in a flash. it really gives me a shocked, i was totally unprepared for that. the room was then lit up with camera flashes, kind of spoiling the sensation. never mind about that. i heard that teachers were trapped in the staff room as the electronic doors( something like that) did not worked. it is run by electricity anyway. after class, i waited for qin at the cafe for an hour plus. we wanted to go to TM to buy some goodie, but qin ended her class only at 2pm. so sad. qin wanted to buy a pair of shoes for her c.o performance at VJC, while i wanted to get some gifts for some reasons. we shop for around 2 hours to finish our shopping list before we hurried back home. it is speech day! i have met up with some of the classmates and ex-classmate outside EVSS school gate. surely i do not want to be late. qin was receiving her award as one of the top scholar in EVSS for the 'o' levels. she and yuan zhen were the first person to be the school record of being the 9-pointer. impressive! the speech day performance was kind of short this time round, not like recent years. i confessed myself disappointed that c.o only has one performance. i really expected more than that. i enjoyed the indian dance the most, they really lived up with their expectation. after the whole event has finished, we went to look for our ex-classmates. i expected more people to come, but only quite a few turned up. people like jonathan, waheeda, shakila, matthew, naszreen, si rong, fuyee,gui ling, cai juan, xue er, hui yi, grace, yi xin, pei lin and more (sorry if i get the names wrong)......... we took some photos and yup, its refreshment time. i was totally addicted to the curry chicken. i managed to finished 3 bowls of it. i really want to mention that: do students have their dinner downstair at the canteen or what? i just do not understand. i can see parents quening orderly for the refreshment, but i do not see it for the students. it was in chaos. i can see students snatching the satay, 1 bunch at one go. my god! what does this look like? i mean no offence but it is really horrible. i think i just stop on that.

on saturaday, it was our CIP. my class was meeting at the foyer at 8.45am. in fact, i was not late. phew....what a relieved. we went to the blocks that we were in charged of, and our work begin! initiately, i was kind of worried about it since this is the first time that i am doing this. but everything turns out just fine, not a problem at all. walking throughout the 3 hours is indeed a tiring job. no kidding man! fortunately, everything ended early and ended my suffering (just kidding) our class went to KFC after the CIP, celebrating both mark and ben birthday. too bad that both poh ee and siti were not around. the cake was nice and we happily took some photos. sadly, i have to leave very soon as i need to met up with xin yi and her junior. it was a good day to meet up with them, doing our studies together. in fact, after my meal at KFC, me, xinyi and si xian went to cs foodcourt to have our lunch. i am proud to say that i finished my bowl of korean ramen. in fact, me and wendy intiately wanted to eat that, but too bad the foodcourt do not sell halal food.i will not be nice for our malay friends. for dinner, my parents went to buy the double mushroom burger set meal that i wanted to eat. nice.....everything went in my way
