Yesterday barbeque birthday party for Wee Yang and Aloysius was pretty awesome. At least it turns out to be more entertaining than what i have imagine. For the first time, i took a bus ride from Dhoby Ghaut station to Parkway Parade which lasted around half an hour. The bus was freaking packed like crazy, i totally felt like a sardine! Worse, there was this toddler aka spoilt brat standing beside me which keeps pulling my jeans. This is why i hated kids a lot!!!!!
It was totally Phoebe’s idea of getting boxers for the two guys for their birthday present.Seriously, it totally can’t be Joanne or my idea. It’s freaking funny when three girls when to get boxers at the Men’s section. Fortunately, the sale person who attend to us was a lady, it really makes it less awkward for us though. Concluding the shopping experience, Phoebe owns!
We intentionally came late as we thought of going there late and leaving early. I expect it to be pretty bored there considering i only knew a few people who are attending as well. But it turns out to be pretty alright, in fact quite fun. It’s so funny when Dean keeps talking about the Ba Kwa, how he keep offering food to Phoebe. There was lots of interesting and hilarious conversation going on which keeps me entertain. Phoebe is Wee Yang’s ahem… … I think the fun part is when some of us went to play some card games and did some drinking as well. The alcohol is freaking burning man! I think it’s the first time for me to gulp down a 40 plus percent alcohol! Joanne and I got a bit tipsy after having around three shots (plus both of us drank Vodka before that) before we withdrawn from the game. I think it’s pretty wise of me to withdraw the game in time, if not i don’t think i can make it home man! Recalling about yesterday just keeps me laughing, i can’t imagine how i managed to make my way home when i can’t even walk straight by myself, my head was totally spinning like no one else business.
I need to thank Joanne’s parents for giving me a ride to Parkway Parade and also Phoebe who offer me a ride back to Tampines when she cabbed home. So, i got back home easily without me walking too much!!!!! Luckily i didn’t join Nicole and company for Tau Huey, or i guess i would have tons of problems getting home. I can’t imagine i need to walk all the way to Bugis MRT station by FOOT!
i think i shouldn’t drink next time when I’m out.
