After reading the first chapter of the book by Dale Carnegie, I came upon realization over a principle, 'Do not complain, criticize or condemn’As quote from the book, famous psychologist B.F Skinner has proved in his experiment of behavior psychology that rewarding for good behavior is more effective than punishing for bad behavior. As supported by Hans Selye, the first man who discovered the effect of stress, ‘Man thirst for approval, but we dread condemnation’. In fact, criticism can trigger prolonging resentment among people. After all, humans are not filled with mere logic, but emotions as well.

I believe it all begins with me first.
