went Gym today with Alwina, Zhixu, Wen Wei & Shiyu
burn fat day for me because i keep exercising
and had a healthy diet throughout the day
got to control the food i m eating . . . especially after what i ate yesterday
and Alwina just simply ate too much oil to cook the meat
skip service today becasue i was simply too exhausted & tired
so i really KO after i reach home until the evening
when i start doing for my OP


currently watching this taiwanese drama, Brown Sugar Macchiato
very funny drama with no storylines
watch it for entertainment purpose =)

like Wang Zi, Ao Quan a lot from this drama
and also Tong Tong but she is no longer part of the Hei She Hui Mei Mei
and also the one who acted Yu Tong in the channel 8 show, Yuan Zhi Hui
she acted as Rong Jia in this drama


watch Mean Girl by Lindsay Lohan just now
this movie was quite some time back in 2004
but that doesn't really matter, isn't it
can't imagine how life will be worse if i m in such a school with such people
disaster man ~

have OP practice at Dickson's house tomorrow
final preparation for OP on monday
