Wow! Finally for the very first time I passed my GP during promotional test! I used to flunk it hard during mid-year, scoring a ‘U’ grade. But finally, I passed my GP 46.5 upon 100. Even though it is merely a ‘S’ grade, I think I did made an improvement. Thank God for that. As usual, I score 10 out of 30 for the content in Paper 1. Amazingly, the marker awarded me 14 out of 20 for the language. So really thank God for that. Finally I know that I am not a ‘disaster’! This simply reminded me of a phrase, “No one is good to save himself; no one is so bad that God cannot save him”, quote from the ‘Daily Bread’.

I want to make a special thanks to Amanda, because she kept reminded me to study for the organization of prokaryotic and eukaryotic. And fortunately, I was able to score for that question in Section C of my paper. So, really thank God for her or I would not have passed my Section C. I did not go to the lecture on that topic, so I was pretty lost with it. Unexpectedly, that topic came out as a 10 marks question in section C. It was a killer question if I had not study for it.
08S07 is really a good class to be part of. Together we go through thick and thin. I remember that our class has pathetic passing rate of 0% for biology during the mid-years. But see how much our class has grown, from a slacking class to a class who chose to stay back after school to study. We have grown a lot! I really appreciate the helps from our fellow subject tutors who had put in tremendous efforts on us. A big thank you to them! I am glad to say that our class achieves 100% passing rate for biology promotional test this time round.
