It’s soon going to a month since the start of my work at Starhub. Work has been turning out better than what I have expected, and hopefully even better as time goes by. I’m so glad that there are more temporary staffs working as well, which apparently are the ones which I clique along with better. Now as this moment recalling what Angela has asked me, I am certain that I would not quit my job. Sometimes it is not about losing, but is about not giving up.
Apparently I was so pissed this afternoon with one of my customer who is obviously involved in a fraud case. There are really lots of fraud cases happening, whereby people sign up mobile lines to purchase the mobile phone, and then they re-sell it to other mobile stores. The worse thing is that these people breach the contract and refused to pay the early termination charges. I have even once encountered a blacklisted customer who hasn’t paid up the overdue payments which was like five years ago. It’s totally nonsense when this customer of mine handed me her phone to talk to the shopkeeper of the mobile store for re-selling purposes. I mean ‘Come on’, don’t make it so obvious that I have to call my manager out to talk to you! Seriously, I’m not sure if I should call this customer of mine being ‘smart’ or a ‘moron’.
